1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using App Club (landing.app-club.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
App Club is operated by Public Organization "Mobile App Digital Development Foundation" (registry code: 46065713), registered in Ukraine at: Dnipro, Korolenko St., 3, Office 625.
2. Description of Service
App Club is a platform that enables mobile app developers to create landing pages, privacy policies, terms of service, and other legal documents for their mobile applications. The service hosts these pages on subdomains of app-club.org.
3. Account Registration
To use App Club, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Free Service
App Club is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or plans in the future with reasonable notice.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to App Club (app descriptions, icons, texts, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights, applicable laws, or regulations.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use App Club to:
— Create landing pages for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful applications
— Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
— Distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content
— Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
— Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws
7. Generated Legal Documents
Legal documents generated by App Club (privacy policies, terms of service, GDPR notices, etc.) are provided as templates based on the information you supply. They are intended as a starting point and do not constitute legal advice. We recommend having a qualified legal professional review any documents before publishing them.
We are not liable for any legal consequences arising from the use of generated documents.
8. Subdomains
Published projects are hosted on subdomains of app-club.org (e.g., your-app.app-club.org). We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign subdomains that violate these terms, are inactive for an extended period, or infringe on trademarks.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your published landing pages will be taken offline and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Club and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dnipro, Ukraine.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
